This Decree approves the amended statutes of the Beninese pharmaceutical regulatory agency, now named “Beninese Agency for Medicines and other Health Products”.

The law includes the rights and obligations of people living with HIV as well as the prevention and prohibition of discriminatory practices. The Decree approves the Organic Statute of the Autoridade Nacional Reguladora de Medicamento (The National Medicines Regulatory Authority). The purpose of this Decree is to define the rules governing the organization, management and operation, as well as the powers of its bodies.

The Instructions are intended to improve the quality of health care services provided in private health facilities to the Rwandan population and to determine the basic requirements for the operation of a private health facility. The National Medical Supplies Agency Act
This Act repeals and replaces the National Pharmaceutical Procurement Unit Act, 2012 to establish the National Medical Supplies Agency as a public service agency responsible for the procurement, warehousing and distribution of drugs and medical supplies in a transparent and cost-effective manner for and on behalf of all public institutions throughout Sierra Leone.
This Act provides for the establishment of a Medicines Regulatory Authority; for the registration of medicines and medical devices; for the control of medicines and scheduled substances, and for incidental matters.
The Ghana AIDS Commission Act, 2016 is to establish the Ghana AIDS commission and the National HIV and AIDS Fund, to provide for the management of the Fund, to prevent and control the HIV and AIDS epidemic, to promote and protect the rights of persons living with HIV or AIDS and to provide for related purposes.
This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic and Ordinance No. 10/2011 of August 11, 2011, on the organization of the pharmaceutical sector in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for opening and operating a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic.
