The document establishes the Paediatrics treatment guidelines in Rwanda. 

These Instructions govern private health facilities.

These 2021 Guidelines (sixth edition) establish the protocols for standard treatment in Tanzania as well as the National Essential Medicines List.

The Guidelines provide requirements to provide private emergency medical services or private ambulance services in Rwanda. 

The instructions govern dual clinical practice in Rwanda. The Instructions apply to medical doctors and dental surgeons working in health facilities.

The Instructions are intended to improve the quality of health care services provided in private health facilities to the Rwandan population and to determine the basic requirements for the operation of a private health facility. These instructions do not regulate traditional, alternative and complementary medicine.

The document establishes the standards for the authorization to operate a private health facility in Rwanda.

This document describes for each level of care, the types of services offered, the description and qualifications of the staff that provide the services and the equipment required to carry out the services. The health service packages support the clinical and managerial standards by which the healthcare facilities operate. The ultimate goal of this document is to provide guidance in the organization of private health service facilities to improve the quality of health care and services provided to the population of Rwanda.

This pocket book consists of guidelines on the classification of illness severity, criteria for admission, and inpatient management of the major causes of childhood mortality such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria, severe malnutrition, meningitis, HIV and neonatal conditions. The guidelines target the management of the seriously ill newborn or child in the first 24 - 48 hours of arrival at the hospital.

The document provides the guideline treatment and the standard of care for the Nigerian Population. Taking also into consideration different approaches from the health sector.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic and Ordinance No. 10/2011 of August 11, 2011, on the organization of the pharmaceutical sector in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for opening and operating a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic, of Law No. 4/63 of January 11, 1963, relating to the practice of private medicine in the Gabonese Republic, of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for issuing authorizations relating to the practice of medical and paramedical professions in the Gabonese Republic. This order, taken in application of the provisions of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic and Orders No. 0106/MSPS and 0107/MSPS of March 16, 2015, determines the amounts and terms of payment of fees relating to the issue of authorization to practice medicine, to open and operate a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006, establishes the creation and attributions of the Monitoring/Evaluation Committee for the issuance and implementation of authorizations for the exercise, opening and operation of private health structures in the Gabonese Republic. This Act repeals and replaces the Public Health Act (Cap 198). The Act provides the legal framework for the protection and improvement of public health, regulates issues such as sanitation, disease control, environmental health and health care services.

The Botswana National Health Quality Standards for Clinics provide guidance on the topic of management and leadership in the governance of the health facility focusing on such areas as responsibilities and accountability of governing bodies; applicable laws and regulations; budgeting, reporting and auditing processes; planning of health services that correspond to the patient and population needs, etc.

The National Health Quality Standards for Hospitals provide guidelines for hospitals regarding coordination of patient care, facilities and equipment, clinical practice guidelines, assessment of patients, patient care, medication, etc.

This document outlines the required standards and guidelines for delivering high-quality emergency medical services in Botswana, focusing on ensuring effective, timely, and consistent care across the healthcare system.

The "National Health Quality Standards - Diagnostic, Care, and Treatment Support Services" establish guidelines and standards for the provision of diagnostic services, patient care, and treatment support in Botswana.

This Act provides for partnerships between the public sector and private sector for the supply of infrastructure and delivery of services as means of contributing towards sustaining economic growth, social development and infrastructure development; provides for the development and implementation of public-private partnership arrangements in Malawi for the delivery of infrastructure and services; provides for the establishment of the Public Private Partnership Commission; provides for private sector participation in state-owned enterprises, commercial entities and commercial assets, and provides for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
