This Act establishes the National Social Security Fund and provides for its constitution, administration and other matters related to the Fund.

This Act establishes the Chemist Professionals' Council and provides for the powers, functions, management and regulation of the chemist, chemical laboratory technologist and the assistant chemical laboratory technologist, and provides for related matters.

This Act establishes the National Health Insurance Fund and provides for contributions to and payment of health care benefits to certain Government employees and provides for related matters.
