This Act establishes the Chemist Professionals' Council and provides for the powers, functions, management and regulation of the chemist, chemical laboratory technologist and the assistant chemical laboratory technologist, and provides for related matters.
The Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania was adopted in 1977 and amended in 2005.
