This regulation establishes the rules applicable to the exercise of pharmaceutical activity, in the public and private sectors, by natural or legal persons.

This law establishes the rules relating to medicines, other health products and pharmacy.

This law modifies and completes the law n°90-14 regarding conditions for the exercise of trade union rights.

The law defines the legal framework for the prevention and comprehensive care of the human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS). This decree regulates the exercise of hospital pharmaceutical activity in the health structures of the National Health Service. It covers all health structures of the National Health Service that carry out this activity, namely central hospitals and regional hospitals. This document provides norms and guidelines for HIV prevention for some specific groups.

The Decree creates a Code of Ethics for pharmacists in Mali. The Code is applicable to all pharmacists who meet the legal and regulatory requirements and are registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens (Order of Pharmacists). The Code sets out, among other things, the requirements and duties associated with the practice of the profession.
