This decree regulates the exercise of hospital pharmaceutical activity in the health structures of the National Health Service. It covers all health structures of the National Health Service that carry out this activity, namely central hospitals and regional hospitals. Its purpose is to organize, improve, optimize and standardize hospital pharmaceutical services in the National Health Service.

This law was published in the Official Journal on 10 May 2022. It provides measures to fight violence against women.

Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (Establishment) Act

The law establishes the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria and regulates the standard of training and practice of pharmacy.

The purpose of this law is to regulate immigration and emigration in Burundi.

This decree sets protective measures for pregnant women at their workplace.

The legislation regulates the production, import, export, conservation, distribution, quality analysis and sale of medicines for human use, including traditional medicines, as well as all other health products, pharmaceutical practice and opticianry.

This law determines the general conditions of asylum in the Republic of Chad in accordance with the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees of July 28, 1951 as amended by its New York Protocol of January 31 and the Convention of the Organization of the African Unity of September 10, 1969 governing aspects specific to refugee problems in Africa.

The Consumer Protection Act

This Act provides for the protection and promotion of the interests of consumers; provides for the establishment of the National Consumer Protection Commission and for other related matters.

This Decree creates and establishes the rules for the organization and operation of the National Order of Pharmacists of Mauritania (ONPM). This Decree is published in a collection of other legislative acts and can be found on page 10 of the file.

Consumer Protection Act

The Act contains provisions to provide protection of the interests of consumers by means of investigation, prohibition and control of unfair business practices; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

The aim of the law is to promote and protect the rights of persons with disabilities for their effective integration, so that their dignity is preserved and they can benefit from conditions that enable them, where appropriate, to be useful to themselves, their families, their communities and society as a whole by breaking down barriers of all kinds.

The law regulates the manufacture and registration of medicines, the approval of medical devices, and sets out rules for pharmacies and the practice of the profession of pharmacist.

These guidelines provide direction to public and private institutions on how to secure a conducive environment for supporting female employees to combine work and breastfeeding. They complement other related materials in the health and nutrition practice.

HIV and AIDS (Prevention and Management) Act

This Act makes provision for the prevention and management of HIV and AIDS; provides for the rights and obligations of persons living with HIV or affected by HIV and AIDS; provides for the establishment of the National AIDS Commission; and provides for matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.

This document provides norms and guidelines for HIV prevention for some specific groups.

Code de déontologie des Pharmaciens du Mali

The Decree creates a Code of Ethics for pharmacists in Mali. The Code is applicable to all pharmacists who meet the legal and regulatory requirements and are registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens (Order of Pharmacists). The Code sets out, among other things, the requirements and duties associated with the practice of the profession.
