The executive Decree No 22-401 of 26 Rabie Ethani 1444 establishes the composition, organization and operation of the National Health Observatory. It was published in the Official Journal of 24 November 2022 (pages 7 -10).

The decree regulates the establishment, organization and functioning of the National Public Health Institute of Burundi.

Decreto-lei No 21/2017

The decree approves the plan of positions, careers and salaries for the staff that make up the medical career. The system applies to all doctors in the National Health Service who are part of the career. The aim of establishing a medical career is to guarantee and organize the exercise of medical activity in the National Health Service. It is also a particular objective of the medical career to encourage and reward scientific research and experimentation in the field of medicine in Cape Verde.

The law creates the Ordre des Médecins (The Order of Physicians), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the Medical professions in Mali.

The Medical, Dental and Allied Health Professionals Act

This Act provides for the regulation of medical, dental and allied health professionals, for the establishment of Medical Council of Tanganyika and for other related matters.

The guidelines set up grading criteria and scoring for health professionals in Rwanda.

This Decree appoints the members of the Commission responsible for the organization of the partial renewal of the bodies of the Order of Physicians.

This decision by the minister of public health provides for pricing scheme for the treatment of severe malaria.

The law creates a professional association known as the “Ordre national des Médecins”. It groups together all doctors authorized to practice their profession in Burkina Faso. The document in addition to the text of the law also include Decree 2014-048 providing the Code of Deontology for doctors, the Order N° 2014-149 providing the internal regulations of the national order of doctors and the Join Order N° 2014-572 providing the composition of the disciplinary chamber for the National Order of doctors.

This decision by the minister of public health provides the prices and conditions of availability of rapid malaria diagnosis kits.

Medical Practitioners and Dentists Act

This Act consolidates and amends the law to make provision for the registration of medical practitioners and dentists and for purposes connected therewith and incidental thereto.

This Law determines the organisation, functioning and competence of the Medical and Dental Council. The Council is responsible for compliance with the rules, honour and dignity of the medical profession. 

This Act amends the Medical Practitioners and Dental Surgeons Act, 1994.
