The purpose of this ordinance is to determine the rates and fees for regulatory services offered on drugs and other health products by the drug regulatory authority for Burundi (ABREMA).

The law modifies the law No. 84-10 relative à l’état civil and regulates all the aspects regarding civil status matters.

The purpose of the law is to determine the legal regime of civil status in Niger. It institutes a civil status system, which is the set of qualities inherent to a person that the law takes into consideration in order to attach legal effects to that person. The law governs declarations of civil status facts.

The purpose of this law is to provide for the rules relating to the civil status of citizens, civil status documents, as well as procedures for registering civil status events and their computerized management. The decree approves the plan of positions, careers and salaries for the staff that make up the medical career. The system applies to all doctors in the National Health Service who are part of the career. The aim of establishing a medical career is to guarantee and organize the exercise of medical activity in the National Health Service. It is also a particular objective of the medical career to encourage and reward scientific research and experimentation in the field of medicine in Cape Verde.

The National Identity Register (Amendment) Act of 2017 amends the National Identity Register Act, 2008 (Act 750), to make further provision for the mode of application for identity cards, provide for the conditions and requirements for registration, prescribe information to be supplied by persons to whom national identity cards are to be issued and for related matters.

The law creates the Ordre des Médecins (The Order of Physicians), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the Medical professions in Mali.

This Regulation establishes the pricing system for medicinal products. All medicines circulating in Mozambique shall be subject to the pricing system provided for in these regulations.

This Act provides for the regulation of medical, dental and allied health professionals, for the establishment of Medical Council of Tanganyika and for other related matters.

This Law governs natural persons and family as well as relations between persons.
