The decree defines the health benefit package of the universal health insurance scheme.

The law modifies the law No. 84-10 relative à l’état civil and regulates all the aspects regarding civil status matters.

The system applies to all doctors in the National Health Service who are part of the career. The aim of establishing a medical career is to guarantee and organize the exercise of medical activity in the National Health Service. It is also a particular objective of the medical career to encourage and reward scientific research and experimentation in the field of medicine in Cape Verde.
