This order, taken in application of the provisions of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic and Orders No. 0106/MSPS and 0107/MSPS of March 16, 2015, determines the amounts and terms of payment of fees relating to the issue of authorization to practice medicine, to open and operate a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006, establishes the creation and attributions of the Monitoring/Evaluation Committee for the issuance and implementation of authorizations for the exercise, opening and operation of private health structures in the Gabonese Republic. This Act provides a framework for a structured uniform health system within Namibia; consolidates the laws relating to state hospitals and state health services, and regulates the conduct of state hospitals and state health services; provides for financial assistance for special medical treatment of State patients; and provides for incidental matters.

The National Health Quality Standards - "Health Care Organizational Management" provide comprehensive guidelines for managing healthcare organizations in Botswana, covering areas such as governance, resource management, leadership, quality improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services.

The "National Health Quality Standards - Diagnostic, Care, and Treatment Support Services" establish guidelines and standards for the provision of diagnostic services, patient care, and treatment support in Botswana.

This Act establishes a Health Care Agency and provides for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

The law creates a professional association known as the “Ordre national des Médecins”. It groups together all doctors authorized to practice their profession in Burkina Faso. The document in addition to the text of the law also include Decree 2014-048 providing the Code of Deontology for doctors, the Order N° 2014-149 providing the internal regulations of the national order of doctors and the Join Order N° 2014-572 providing the composition of the disciplinary chamber for the National Order of doctors.
