The law created the Order of Midwives (the Order of Midwives), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of midwifery in Mali.

The law creates the Ordre des Pharmaciens (The Order of Pharmacists), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the pharmaceutical professions in Mali.

The law creates the Ordre des Chirurgiens-dentistes (The Order of Dental Surgeons), which is responsible for organizing and representing individuals and legal entities practicing the profession of dental surgeon in Mali.

The decree sets out the organization and operating procedures for hospital pharmacies.

The Medical, Dental and Allied Health Professionals Act

This Act provides for the regulation of medical, dental and allied health professionals, for the establishment of Medical Council of Tanganyika and for other related matters.

The document adopts the Code of Ethics which have the rights, duties and the incompatibilities of practicing the profession.

This law introduces free healthcare for pregnant women and children under 5 throughout Burkina Faso.

This law, taken in application of the provisions of article 47 of the Constitution, establishes the modalities of medical care for the mentally ill and protection of their rights in the Gabonese Republic.

Ghana AIDS Commission Act, 2016 Act 938

The Ghana AIDS Commission Act, 2016 is to establish the Ghana AIDS commission and the National HIV and AIDS Fund, to provide for the management of the Fund, to prevent and control the HIV and AIDS epidemic, to promote and protect the rights of persons living with HIV or AIDS and to provide for related purposes.

The law creates a public administrative establishment, called the "Agence Nationale de Sécurité Sanitaire", under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The mission of the Agence is to implement the strategic orientations of the Ministry of Health in the field of health safety.

The Law establishes the Order of Nurses of Mozambique and approves its Statute. The Order of Nurses of Mozambique is a legal person governed by public law, representing nurses, and carrying out services in the public interest. Registration and recognition by the Order of Nurses are mandatory conditions for the exercise of nursing activity in Mozambique.

The guidelines set up grading criteria and scoring for health professionals in Rwanda.

This Decree contains the draft law relating to the practice of the profession of midwife in Senegal and establishing the order of midwives and obstetricians to be presented before the National Assembly of Senegal.

This Decree appoints the members of the Commission responsible for the organization of the partial renewal of the bodies of the Order of Physicians.

The Chemist Professionals Act

This Act establishes the Chemist Professionals' Council and provides for the powers, functions, management and regulation of the chemist, chemical laboratory technologist and the assistant chemical laboratory technologist, and provides for related matters.

The law creates the Order of Pharmacists of Cape Verde and provides its Statutes.

The objective of the law is to define the conditions and the rules for the practice of pharmacy.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic, of Law No. 4/63 of January 11, 1963, relating to the practice of private medicine in the Gabonese Republic, of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for issuing authorizations relating to the practice of medical and paramedical professions in the Gabonese Republic.
