The decree provides for the organization and functioning of the Central Purchasing Center for Essential Medicines of Burundi [CAMEBU].

The objective of this law is to determine the rules for the organization and the functioning of the National Order of Doctors.

This law, taken in application of the provisions of Article 52 of the Constitution and those of Law No. 21/2020 of June 30, 2020 authorizing the President of the Republic to legislate by ordinances during the parliamentary intersession, ratifies Ordinance No. 0009/PR/2020 of August 14, 2020 establishing the creation, attributions and organization of the National Order of Midwives of Gabon.

Insurance Act, 2021 Act 1061

The Insurance Act of 2021 establishes the National Insurance Commission, and provides for the regulation and supervision of the insurance market and related matters.
