The decree defines the health benefit package of the universal health insurance scheme.

These regulations were developed in the exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24, 30, 46)2), 47(5) and 50(1) of the Social Health Insurance Act, 2023, by the Cabinet Secretary for Health, in consultation with the Board for the Social Health Authority.

The Decree establishes the health benefit package covered under the Universal Health Insurance. The decree was published on 25 November 2023 in the Official Journal.

The Decree specifies the application of certain provisions of the law establishing the Universal Health Insurance Scheme, such as affiliation and registration, the insured person's card, care benefits covered, the assumption of responsibility for benefits, health care providers, among other aspects.

These Instructions govern private health facilities.

Benefits Package Private Hospital

This document provides the benefits package of the National Health Insurance Scheme as offered to its beneficiaries through private health providers.

These Instructions establish the methodology to determine the community-based health insurance benefit package.

This law establishes a universal health insurance in the Togolese Republic.

The instructions govern dual clinical practice in Rwanda. The Instructions apply to medical doctors and dental surgeons working in health facilities.

The Instructions are intended to improve the quality of health care services provided in private health facilities to the Rwandan population and to determine the basic requirements for the operation of a private health facility. These instructions do not regulate traditional, alternative and complementary medicine.

The document establishes the standards for the authorization to operate a private health facility in Rwanda.

This document describes for each level of care, the types of services offered, the description and qualifications of the staff that provide the services and the equipment required to carry out the services. The health service packages support the clinical and managerial standards by which the healthcare facilities operate. The ultimate goal of this document is to provide guidance in the organization of private health service facilities to improve the quality of health care and services provided to the population of Rwanda.

This Law establishes the Universal Health Insurance Scheme Universal (RAMU) in the Republic of Benin.

This Ministerial Order determines the medical services provided at each level of health facilities in Rwanda.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic and Ordinance No. 10/2011 of August 11, 2011, on the organization of the pharmaceutical sector in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for opening and operating a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic, of Law No. 4/63 of January 11, 1963, relating to the practice of private medicine in the Gabonese Republic, of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for issuing authorizations relating to the practice of medical and paramedical professions in the Gabonese Republic. This order, taken in application of the provisions of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic and Orders No. 0106/MSPS and 0107/MSPS of March 16, 2015, determines the amounts and terms of payment of fees relating to the issue of authorization to practice medicine, to open and operate a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. The order is located on page 12 of the file.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006, establishes the creation and attributions of the Monitoring/Evaluation Committee for the issuance and implementation of authorizations for the exercise, opening and operation of private health structures in the Gabonese Republic. The decree is located on page 13 of the file.

This Order determines the list of serious or disabling illnesses for which the insured person is entitled to total or partial exemption from payment of the portion of the costs remaining his responsibility, as well as the conditions under which the exemption is granted.

The Proclamation establishes a mandatory health insurance scheme for pensioners, employees and members of their families in Ethiopia.
