Constitution de la Republique du Tchad

The Constitution of Chad was reviewed and approved by the referendum of the 17 December 2023. The Constitution contains 290 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The document establishes the National List of Essential Medicines and Other Health Products.

This decree establishes the terms of organization and operation of the National Health Insurance Fund of Chad.

This law determines the general conditions of asylum in the Republic of Chad in accordance with the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees of July 28, 1951 as amended by its New York Protocol of January 31 and the Convention of the Organization of the African Unity of September 10, 1969 governing aspects specific to refugee problems in Africa.

Constitution

The Constitution of Chad is the supreme law of the country and outlines the fundamental principles and framework of the government.
