Constitution

The Constitution of Guinea was reviewed in 2020. The Constitution contains 156 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The Constitution of the Central African Republic was adopted in 2016 and promulgated by Decree No 160218. The Constitution consists of 158 Articles that are grouped into 16 titles covering areas such as social foundations and principles, separation of powers within the state, key organs of the state, etc.

The law creates a public administrative establishment, called the "Agence Nationale de Sécurité Sanitaire", under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The mission of the Agence is to implement the strategic orientations of the Ministry of Health in the field of health safety.
