The law provides the budget of the state for the year 2023.

The Code for Public Health and Social Action for People's well -being ("code de la santé publique et de l'action sociale pour le bien être de la population) provides the legal rules applicables to health activities and structures tasked to ensure health protection and promotion. The Constitution of Equatorial Guinea was first adopted in 1991 and revised in 2012. It consists of 134 articles that are grouped into five titles. The Constitution establishes a wide array of norms touching upon the questions of hierarchy of laws, type of government in the country, civil, economic and political rights, human rights and freedoms, organization of the state, separation of powers, etc.
