The Rwanda Hospital Accreditation Standards Performance Assessment Tool has been developed based on the 2nd edition of the hospital standards to assist supervisors, facility managers and staff in assessing the quality of their services. The toolkit can be used to guide the set-up of services and to improve current services. It helps to measure progress towards meeting standards and will be used by external surveyors to accredit facilities.

The document sets accreditation standards for Hospitals in Rwanda. They are designed for use within the entire organization and cover the full range of services.

The standards define the minimum requirements that must be covered by Level Two teaching Hospitals for undergraduate and postgraduate training programs and they will be used as an inspection checklist for accreditation.

These Instructions govern private health facilities.

The document sets accreditation standards and a performance assessment of pharmaceutical services in Rwanda. The standards are intended for implementation within Rwandan hospitals and community pharmacies.

The instructions govern dual clinical practice in Rwanda. The Instructions apply to medical doctors and dental surgeons working in health facilities.

The Instructions are intended to improve the quality of health care services provided in private health facilities to the Rwandan population and to determine the basic requirements for the operation of a private health facility. These instructions do not regulate traditional, alternative and complementary medicine.

This Law aims to determine the framework for hospital reform and applies to hospitals ensuring a public service mission.

The document establishes the standards for the authorization to operate a private health facility in Rwanda.

This document describes for each level of care, the types of services offered, the description and qualifications of the staff that provide the services and the equipment required to carry out the services. The health service packages support the clinical and managerial standards by which the healthcare facilities operate. The ultimate goal of this document is to provide guidance in the organization of private health service facilities to improve the quality of health care and services provided to the population of Rwanda.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic and Ordinance No. 10/2011 of August 11, 2011, on the organization of the pharmaceutical sector in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for opening and operating a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01/95 of January 14, 1995, on the orientation of health policy in the Gabonese Republic, of Law No. 4/63 of January 11, 1963, relating to the practice of private medicine in the Gabonese Republic, of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic, sets the conditions for issuing authorizations relating to the practice of medical and paramedical professions in the Gabonese Republic. This order, taken in application of the provisions of Decree No. 213/PR-MSPP-CAB of July 8, 1966 on the regulation of the practice of the professions of doctor, dental surgeon and midwife in the Gabonese Republic and Orders No. 0106/MSPS and 0107/MSPS of March 16, 2015, determines the amounts and terms of payment of fees relating to the issue of authorization to practice medicine, to open and operate a private health structure in the Gabonese Republic. This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006, establishes the creation and attributions of the Monitoring/Evaluation Committee for the issuance and implementation of authorizations for the exercise, opening and operation of private health structures in the Gabonese Republic. This Act provides a framework for a structured uniform health system within Namibia; consolidates the laws relating to state hospitals and state health services, and regulates the conduct of state hospitals and state health services; provides for financial assistance for special medical treatment of State patients; and provides for incidental matters.

The Decree approves the Organic Statute of the Américo Boavida Hospital.

This decree, taken in application of the provisions of Law No. 020/2005 of January 3, 2006 and of Article 95 of Ordinance No. 1/95 of January 14, 1995, sets out the attributions and organization of regional hospital centers.

This Act provides for partnerships between the public sector and private sector for the supply of infrastructure and delivery of services as means of contributing towards sustaining economic growth, social development and infrastructure development; provides for the development and implementation of public-private partnership arrangements in Malawi for the delivery of infrastructure and services; provides for the establishment of the Public Private Partnership Commission; provides for private sector participation in state-owned enterprises, commercial entities and commercial assets, and provides for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

The Law establishes provisions relating to the hospital reform and applies to all hospital establishments in Madagascar.

This decree regulates the conditions for the creation and opening of all private health establishments offering reproductive health care and services.
