The law provides the budget of the state for the year 2023.

The law modifies the law No. 84-10 relative à l’état civil and regulates all the aspects regarding civil status matters.

The Constitution of Comoros was adopted in 2001 and last amended in 2018. The Constitution contains 122 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The law establishes the obligation to affiliate to the "Caisse Nationale de Solidarité et de Prévoyance Sociale" for any employer who employs one or more workers, as well as the public administration in its quality of employer.

The law creates the "Caisse Nationale de Solidarité et de Prévoyance Sociale" (The National Solidarity and Social Welfare Fund).

The Code for Public Health and Social Action for People's well -being ("code de la santé publique et de l'action sociale pour le bien être de la population) provides the legal rules applicables to health activities and structures tasked to ensure health protection and promotion. It is important to note that there are reports of a new public health code under development, the latest version that could be retrieved online is however the one provided here (from 1995).

This law institutes a national card certifying the holder's identity.
