Dr. Shalini Singh, Director of WHO FCTC Knowledge Hub on Smokeless Tobacco and ICMR-NICPR, participated in the 6th meeting of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) from 25-27 September 2023 in Helsinki, Finland.
