Abstract

The purpose of the recommendations is to provide the States Parties that are signatories to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control with a general framework within which they can adopt comprehensive policies and effective measures, necessary to comply with the obligations set forth in arts. 17 and 18 of the FCTC/WHO.
