Health Legislation

This Law contributes to the protection of the present and future generations from the devastating health, social and health effects of diseases affecting public health and in particular reproductive health in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. This Act establishes the Pharmacy Council of Mauritius and provides for better regulation of the profession of pharmacists.

This Act grants the President of Mauritius the power to adopt regulations regarding the movement of persons, acquisition of property by the government, search of persons or premises, etc., during time of public emergency.
