Loi No 2017-025 relative à la Santé de la Reproduction

Constitution
The Constitution of Mauritania was first adopted in 1991 and promulgated by Ordinance No 91.022 of 20 July 1991; it was subsequently re-established and revised in 2006, 2012 and 2017. The Constitution of Mauritania is the supreme law of the state that provides the key values and principles of the organization of the state, provides for the rights, freedoms and obligations of the people, establishes the key state institutes and bodies, etc. The Constitution of Mauritania consists of 102 articles that are grouped into 12 titles.

The Decree creates a public-law institution called the Ordre des Médecins du Burundi. It is responsible for preserving the rules of medical ethics, honor, discretion and dignity of members of the Order in the practice of the medical profession.
Code Civil du Burundi
The Burundi Civil Code provides a comprehensive set of laws governing civil matters such as property rights, contracts, family law, and obligations. It consists of 3 books dedicated to (1) Personal and Family Code (2) Of goods and different modifications of property and (3) Contracts or conventional obligations.
