This Order determines mission, responsibilities and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health which has the mission of promoting the health of the population through the delivery of preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services.

The Resolution creates Commission of the Cape Verde Order of Order of Nurses of Cape Verde and extinguished the Committee of the Cape Verde Order of Nurses, created by Resolution No. 126/2019.

Portaria No 50/2021

Portaria No 260/2014

This Regulation sets up rules on to the transportation of urgent and emergency patients, and to the transportation of non-urgent patients by land.

The Order establishes the professional Code of conduct for nurses and midwives in Rwanda. This Order concerns nurses and midwives registered with the National Council of Nurses and Midwives.

This decree regulates the operation of private pharmacies, namely the requirements to be met by the premises of pharmacies and medicine sales points and their minimum areas, the necessary equipment, as well as the rules governing their activity and organization and the respective technical staff.

This Decree determines the conditions for opening and operating of wholesale pharmaceutical stores in Rwanda.
