Carta Sanitaria de Sao Tome e Principe 2012

This document provides a Sanitary Map of Sao Tome and Principe with the aim of achieving an efficient and equitable supply of health care.

The Constitutional Petition No. 16 of 2011 challenges the government's failure to provide minimum maternal health services, asserting that this violates constitutional rights to health, life, and dignity. Constituição

The Constitution of Sao Tome and Principe was promulgated by a Law No 1/2003.
