Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999

Health Record Officers (Registration, etc.) Act
The Act establishes a Board for the control and practice of the profession of health records management and matters relating thereto.
Code de déontologie médicale
The Law creates a Code of Ethics for physicians and dental surgeons in Mali. The Code is applicable to all physicians and dental surgeons registered with the “Ordre National des Médecins” (National Order of Physicians). The Code sets out, among other things, the requirements and duties associated with the practice of the profession.
Loi No 85-41/AN.RM portant autorisation de l'exercice privé des professions sanitaires
This law authorizes the private practice of health professions by individuals or legal entities, either individually or as a group, in Mali. It sets out the conditions required, as well as duties and obligations.
Quarantine Act
This Act provides and regulates the imposition of quarantine and to make other provisions for preventing the introduction into and spread in Nigeria, and the transmission from Nigeria, of dangerous infectious diseases.
