This order establishes the essential medicines list; this list is revised every three years (article 10).

The Charter of Transition refers to the Constitution of 1991 and is structured around four parts. The first provides the values, principles and mission of transition. The Second establishes the transition bodies. The Third part addresses the revision of the transition charter while the fourth part refers to transitory and final provisions.

The law determines the essential rules relating to public health and hygiene in the Republic of Niger. The law contains articles referring to the fundamental principles of health in Niger, such as the functioning of the national health system, or health information; as well as the fundamental principles of hygiene, such as urban health and food safety.

The Decree adopts the National Strategy for University Health Coverage in Niger 2021-2030.

This Decree provides for the definition of attributions of the Minister of Health and the organization of the Central Administration of his Department. This Decree establishes the special status of civil servants of the of the health corps classified in the following areas of specialization: medical-sanitary; medical sanitary engineering and public hygiene; biology. The purpose of the Regulation is to define the procedures for approving pharmaceutical products for human use in the member states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union.
