Health Legislation

The Constitution was reviewed and adopted in 2019. The Constitution contains 159 articles addressing a large number of issues such as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements (non-exhaustive list).

The Constitution was adopted in 1972 and modified in 1996 and 2008. It includes 69 articles addressing among other things, The State and the Sovereignty, the different institutions (including executive, legislative and judiciary powers), international relations and constitutional revision.
