This law provides the finance law for 2024.

This law modifies and completes the law n°90-14 regarding conditions for the exercise of trade union rights.

The executive Decree No 22-401 of 26 Rabie Ethani 1444 establishes the composition, organization and operation of the National Health Observatory. It was published in the Official Journal of 24 November 2022 (pages 7 -10).

The Act regulates the promotion, regulation and integration of health insurance schemes in Nigeria.

This Act repeals and replaces the Public Health Act of 1960, provides for the promotion, protection and improvement of public health and well-being in Sierra Leone, provides for the protection of individuals and communities from public health risks, provides for the prevention and control of the spread of infectious diseases, provides for local government and community participation in protecting public health, provides for early detection and prompt response to diseases and public health threats and provides for other related matters.

The decree provides the modalities for establishing the list of essential medicines. It was published in the Official Journal of 31 May 2021 (pages 12 -13).

The Regulation sets up rules in the registration of drugs and related products manufactured, imported, exported, advertised, sold, distributed or used in Nigeria.  

These Regulations establish the rules for the internet-based pharmaceutical service provides in Nigeria.

The order of 11 Joumada El Oula 1442 corresponding to 26 December 2020 lays down the procedure for setting the prices of medicinal products by the intersectoral economic committee for medicinal products. Executive decree no. 15-289 of 2 Safar 1437 corresponding to 14 November 2015 provides rules regarding social security for self-employed persons carrying out an activity on their own account. it was published in the official journal of 18 November 2015 (see pages 5 to 8).
