This Act regulates the practice of pharmacy in Seychelles, including the licensing, operation, and ethical conduct of pharmacists, as well as the sale and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

This Act establishes the framework for the registration of vital events and civil statuses such as births (including stillbirths and abandoned children), marriage, deaths, divorces, etc.

This document sets out the standards of conduct, performance and ethics for the members of the Health Professional Council of Seychelles.
