These Regulations amend the Health Professionals Act of 2006 by repealing and substituting Schedule 1 of the Act dedicated to the enumeration of the categories of health professionals.

They mandate non-discrimination, set minimum benefit standards, and outline procedures for interim management and the accreditation of healthcare facilities.

Nurses and Midwives Regulations

These Regulations establish the requirements for the registration of nurses, their training, conduct and related disciplinary measures.
