This law provides the finance law for 2024.

This law modifies and completes the law n°90-14 regarding conditions for the exercise of trade union rights.

The executive Decree No 22-401 of 26 Rabie Ethani 1444 establishes the composition, organization and operation of the National Health Observatory. It was published in the Official Journal of 24 November 2022 (pages 7 -10).

This document provides highlights of the national budget for health for the years 2023-2025.

The order of 11 Joumada El Oula 1442 corresponding to 26 December 2020 lays down the procedure for setting the prices of medicinal products by the intersectoral economic committee for medicinal products. This law makes the second amendment to the Statute of the Order of Nurses, approved by Decree-Law No. 104/98, of April 21, amended by Law No. 111/2009, of September 16, in order to adapt it to Law No. 2/2013, of January 10, which establishes the legal regime for the creation, organization and operation of professional public associations.

This order sets the schedule for mandatory vaccination against some communicable diseases.

The executive Decree No 13-155 of 4 Joumada Ethania 1434 amends the Executive Decree No 96-68 of 7 Ramadhan 1416 corresponding to 27 January 1996 on the creation, missions, organization and operation of the Inspectorate-General of the Ministry of Health and Population. This decree was published in the Official Journal of 25 April 2013 (page 27).

The Act promotes the protection of personal information processed by public and private bodies; introduces certain conditions so as to establish minimum requirements for the processing of personal information; provides for the establishment of an Information Regulator to exercise certain powers and to perform certain duties and functions in terms of this Act and the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000; provides for the issuing of codes of conduct; provides for the rights of persons regarding unsolicited electronic communications and automated decision making; etc.
