Health Legislation

This Act provides for data protection measures, and among other things, establishes a Data Protection Authority, provides for their functions, creates a technology-driven business environment and encourages technological development and the lawful use of technology and provides for investigation and collection of evidence of cybercrime and unauthorised data collection and breaches.

The purpose of this law is to provide for the rules relating to the civil status of citizens, civil status documents, as well as procedures for registering civil status events and their computerized management. This law makes the second amendment to the Statute of the Order of Nurses, approved by Decree-Law No. 104/98, of April 21, amended by Law No. 111/2009, of September 16, in order to adapt it to Law No. 2/2013, of January 10, which establishes the legal regime for the creation, organization and operation of professional public associations.

The document provides the 7th version of the essential medicines list and standard treatment guidelines for Zimbabwe.

The purpose of this law is to protect the rights of individuals in the processing of personal data.

This Act repeals and substitutes the Constitution of Zimbabwe. The Law establishes the Health Code that codifies legislative texts concerning Public Health in Madagascar.

This Decree-Law approves the Statute of Medical Careers in Sao Tome and Principe.

This Decree provides provisions on the organization of health services in the company (médecine d'entreprise).

The Constitution of Sao Tome and Principe was promulgated by a Law No 1/2003. The Constitution of Sao Tome and Principe is the supreme law of the state that sets out the key values and principles of organization of the state, establishes rights, freedoms and obligations of the people, sets up the key bodies and institutes of the state, provides for the division of the powers within the country, etc. The Constitution of Sao Tome and Principe consists of 160 articles that are grouped into 5 parts.

These regulations provide for tobacco control measures including tobacco bans, health warnings, advertising restrictions etc.
