Zimbabwe National Family planning Council Act

This Act establishes the Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council and provides for its structure, functions and powers. It further provides for reproductive health and family planning services in Zimbabwe and the promotion and implementation of population and development primary health care and other community-based development programmes relating to family health and for the integration and co-ordination of other relevant activities in Government departments, Nongovernmental organizations and the Private sector.

The Code provides rules regarding different rears of public health as the prevention and control of communicable diseases; sanitation and housing; and food and water protection among other aspects.

National registration Act

This Act provides for the registration of persons resident in Zimbabwe and for the issue of identity documents; it further imposes obligations regarding the carrying of identity documents.

The Decree creates a public-law institution called the Ordre des Médecins du Burundi. It is responsible for preserving the rules of medical ethics, honor, discretion and dignity of members of the Order in the practice of the medical profession.

Medicines and allied substances control Act

This Act is to establish a Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe and to confer functions on such Authority in relation to the registration of medicines; to provide for the Zimbabwe Regional Medicines Control Laboratory and for its functions; to provide for the appointment of a Director-General of the Authority and for the keeping of a Medicines Register; to provide for certain prohibitions, controls and restrictions relating to medicines and other substances; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

Code Civil du Burundi

The Burundi Civil Code provides a comprehensive set of laws governing civil matters such as property rights, contracts, family law, and obligations. It consists of 3 books dedicated to (1) Personal and Family Code (2) Of goods and different modifications of property and (3) Contracts or conventional obligations.
