The executive Decree No 13-155 of 4 Joumada Ethania 1434 amends the Executive Decree No 96-68 of 7 Ramadhan 1416 corresponding to 27 January 1996 on the creation, missions, organization and operation of the Inspectorate-General of the Ministry of Health and Population. This decree was published in the Official Journal of 25 April 2013 (page 27).

The Decree N°11-121 addresses the special status of civil servants belonging to the public health paramedical corps. It was published in the Official Journal of 20 March 2011 (pages 8-36)

The Decree N°11-122 addresses the special status of civil servants belonging to the corps of public health midwives. It was published in the Official Journal of 20 March 2011 (pages 36 - 40)

The decree N°11-380 provides for the organization of the central administration of the ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform. The text of the decree has been published in the official journal of 23 November 2011 (pages 5-6).

The purpose of this Act is to determine the fundamental principles relating to the protection of the rights of people living with HIV/AIDS and of persons affected.

The executive decree n° 06-339 of 2 Ramadhan 1427 corresponding to 25 September 2006 modifies the executive decree n° 94-187 of 26 Moharram 1415 corresponding to 6 July 1994 fixing the distribution of the rate of the social security contribution. This decree was published in the official journal of 27 September 2006 (see page 16).

This Executive Decree No 06-370 of 26 Ramadhan 1427 governs the creation, organization and operation of the national fund for the collection of social security contributions. It was published in the Official Journal on 28 October 2006 (pages 9-14).

Constitution

The Constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo was adopted in 2006 and revised by Law No 11/002 of 20 January 2011. The Constitution consists of 229 articles that are grouped into eight titles. The Constitution includes provisions on the key principles of the organization of the Republic, human rights and fundamental freedoms, organization of powers, key state organs, etc.

Loi No 015/2002 portant Code du Travail

This Law promulgates the Labour Code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Loi No 021/2002 portant statut des refugies en République Démocratique du Congo

This Law establishes provisions on the status of refugees and related matters in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

This Ministerial Order establishes a national mental health program. The mission of the national mental health program is to promote mental health at all levels of the national health system.

This law provides the conditions for the acquisition or loss of Algerian nationality.
