The objective of this decree is to define the modalities and procedures for concluding, suspending and terminating agreements governing relations between the Health Insurance Fund (IPS-CNAM) and healthcare providers.

Constitution

The Constitution was promulgated by the Law N° 2016-886 of 8 November 2016 and modified by constitutional law N° 2020-348 of 19 March 2020. This law provides for the Labour Code, establishing the rules governing the relations between employers and (salaried) employees in the country.
