The Proclamation establishes an Ethiopian Identity System applicable to any person residing in Ethiopia.  

This Proclamation provides the legal framework for the Community Based Health Insurance System.

The law reviewed the articles 14, 37, 100, 104, 107, 110, 112, 119, 120, 125, 131, 132, 135, 143, 144, 145, 162, 163, 169, 174, 176, 179, 180, 181, 184, 198, 199, 213, 214 and 242 of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola. 

The Proclamation 1263/2021 was enacted to provide for the definition of the powers and duties of the executive organs of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia. It includes provisions regarding the mandate of the Ministry of Health (cf. section 35).

Lei No 41/20 Dos Contratos Publicos

The Law establishes the Legal Framework for the Formation and Execution of Public Contracts.

This Proclamation is to provide for Food and Medicine Administration. It provides rules to regulate several areas including food, medicine, medical devices, cosmetics, and tobacco products.

Lei No 22/11 Da proteção de dados pessoais

The purpose of the law is to establish the legal rules applicable to the processing of personal data with the aim of guaranteeing respect for public freedoms and the fundamental rights and guarantees of natural persons.

Proclamation No 690/2010 Social Health Insurance

The Law establishes a mandatory health insurance scheme for pensioners, employees and members of their families in Ethiopia.

The law creates the legal framework for civil identification and the issue of national identity cards. The purpose is to collect, process and store the personal data of each citizen in order to establish their civil identity. The law applies to acts of civil identification and the issuing of identity cards to Angolan citizens from the age of at least six.

This Proclamation regulates activities in respect of food, medicine, environmental health, health professionals, health and controllable health related institutions in the country.

Lei No 1/05 Ley da Nacionalidade

The law establishes the conditions for the attribution, acquisition, loss and reacquisition of Angolan nationality.

Public Health Proclamation No 200/2000

The Proclamation regulates different aspects of Public Health such as food quality control and standards (Articles 8 and 9); water quality control (Article 10); occupational health (Article 11), waste handling and disposal (Article 12); availability of toilet facilities in health institutions (Article 13); control of bathing places and pools (Article 14); disposal of dead bodies (art.15); control at entrance and exit ports in Ethiopia making mandatory vaccines for people coming from outside (Article 16); and Communicable Diseases (art.17).

The law establishes the bases of the health system in Angola.

The law regulates the state of situation of emergency in Angola. Defining the states of exception as exceptional situations that may suspend or limit the exercise of citizens' rights, freedoms and guarantees.
