Décret n° 2017-123 du 22 février 2017 fixant le montant et les modalités de recouvrement des cotisations dues au titre du régime général de base et du régime d'assistance médicale de la couverture maladie universelle.
This decree sets the amount and the modalities to recover contributions for the UHC general and medical assistance schemes.
Constitution

Ethiopian Health Professionals Council Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No 76/2002
These regulations establish the Health Professionals Council. The council has, among other things, the following attributions: advise the Minister; work in collaboration with the appropriate bodies, ensure that health professional training offered in the country is of high standard; make sure that professional ethics are observed by professionals; follow up and supervise that the names of registered professionals and those who are cancelled from the registry due to various reasons are properly kept by the secretariat.
Public Health Proclamation No 200/2000

Loi N° 99-477 portant modification du Code de Prévoyance Sociale
The Code provides for the "Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale" (CNPS) whose tasked is to provide benefits to salaried employees to alleviate the financial consequences of certain risks or situations such as accident at work and occupational diseases, maternity, retirement, invalidity and death and family allowances (art. 1 and 5).
