The decree covers the powers, organization and operation of the Public Hygiene Police.

This document sets out the reasons why the Law no. 022-2005/AN on the public hygiene code was adopted. The document make a specific resume for each chapter of the law. 

Loi n° 022-2005/AN portant code de l’hygiène publique

This law governs public hygiene in Burkina Faso, in particular hygiene on public roads and squares, the hygiene of swimming pools and bathing areas, homes, food products, water, industrial and commercial facilities, schools, pre-schools and health establishments, public buildings and the natural environment, and noise control. Its main objective is to preserve and promote public health.

Loi n° 049-2005/AN portant santé de la reproduction

The law governs reproductive health in Burkina Faso. It includes reproductive health care and services. It establishes rights and duties, as well as penal provisions.

This Proclamation is to protect the present and future generations from the devastating health, social, environmental and economic consequences of tobacco consumption and exposure to tobacco smoke by providing a legal framework for tobacco control measures, and reduce significantly tobacco use and its consequent harm.

These regulations govern the issuance of work permit to non-nationals.

This proclamation govern employment relations between Eritrean employees and foreign diplomatic missions or international organizations operating in Eritrea, unless other specific agreements to the contrary are concluded with Eritrean Government.

Constitution

The Constitution of Eritrea includes 59 articles addressing, among others, the State's structure, symbols and languages, the National objectives and directive principles, the fundamental rights, freedoms and duties, the institutions in place including the National Assembly, the Executive power, and the judiciary.

Loi n° 23 94/ADP portant Code de la Santé publique

The Code provides rules on the protection and promotion of health in Burkina Faso. The Code is developed around five axes:  a section on general principles of the health system in Burkina Faso as well as health care and service coverage; a section on general protection and promotion of public health, which includes general and specific sanitary measures; a section on health professions and their legal status and a section on rules for pharmaceutical products, other products and traditional pharmacopoeia.  The last part includes the Final Provisions.

This proclamation determines the structure, powers and functions of the Government of Eritrea.

This proclamation provides rules to control drugs, medical supplies and sanitary items.

Constitution du Burkina Faso

The Constitution was promulgated in June 1991 and modified in 2015. It includes 169 articles organized around 16 titles covering a broad array of issues including fundamental rights and freedoms and institutional arrangements.

The law establishes the rights and the obligations that a person enjoys in civil relations.
