This Order provides for the creation of the Centre de Coordination des Opérations d'Urgences de Santé abbreviated to ‘CCOUSP’ (coordination center for health emergency operations).
This decree establishes a Center of Public Health Emergency Operation (Centre des Opérations d'Urgence de Santé Publique - COUSP) (article 2), sets its attributions (article 4), and its organizational modalities (chapter III).
