This Decree declares the State of Health Emergency and dictates precautionary measures for the prevention, containment and control of the new coronavirus pandemic in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
This decree establishes a Center of Public Health Emergency Operation (Centre des Opérations d'Urgence de Santé Publique - COUSP) (article 2), sets its attributions (article 4), and its organizational modalities (chapter III).
