This Order provides for the creation of the Centre de Coordination des Opérations d'Urgences de Santé abbreviated to ‘CCOUSP’ (coordination center for health emergency operations).

This Act provides a framework for the regulation, development and management of a national health system and sets standards for rendering health services in Nigeria, as well as related matters.

This law provides the general framework for the action of the State in the area of health.

This Act provides and regulates the imposition of quarantine and to make other provisions for preventing the introduction into and spread in Nigeria, and the transmission from Nigeria, of dangerous infectious diseases.
