The law authorized the extension of the state of health emergency in 2021.
The law creates a public administrative establishment, called the "Agence Nationale de Sécurité Sanitaire", under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The mission of the Agence is to implement the strategic orientations of the Ministry of Health in the field of health safety.
The Decree adopts the National Health Policy 2010-2025. The general objective of the National Health Policy (NHP) is to establish, define and outline guidelines for improving the population's state of health and quality of life in order to achieve the vision of a healthy life for all.
