This Order provides for the creation of the Centre de Coordination des Opérations d'Urgences de Santé abbreviated to ‘CCOUSP’ (coordination center for health emergency operations).
The National Public Health Act revises and consolidates the law relating to public health to prevent disease, promote, safeguard, maintain and protect the health of humans and animals and to provide for related matters.
This law provides the general framework for the action of the State in the area of health.
