The Kenya National Framework for the Organization of Trauma Services is the first-ever guidance in Kenya to establish a working Trauma Care System as a key component of the healthcare system. The framework highlights the key components required to provide quality continuum of care, which includes injury prevention, pre-hospital care, hospital, and rehabilitation care.

The Kenya Public Health Emergency Operations Center (KPHEOC) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are part of the Ministry of Health Preparedness System. This SOP describes the procedures for activating, operating, and deactivating the KPHEOC.

The Kenya Public Health Emergency Supply Chain Framework provides guidance regarding preparedness and response for emergency operations in the country. The Emergency Supply Chain Framework was developed to enable the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre efficiently deploy medical countermeasures (MCMs) during emergencies.

This Guide provides a comprehensive framework to enhance strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation, ensuring effective implementation of health programs and improved health outcomes.

This Act establishes a unified health system, coordinates the inter-relationship between the national government and county government health systems, provides for regulation of health care service and health care service providers, health products and health technologies and for connected purposes.

This Act gives effect to Article 227 of the Constitution; provides procedures for efficient public procurement and for assets disposal by public entities; and for connected purposes.

This Act facilitates the promotion, co-ordination and regulation of the progress of science, technology and innovation of the country; assigns priority to the development of science, technology and innovation; entrenches science, technology and innovation into the national production system.

These Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures establish a framework for systematically assessing health programs and interventions, promoting accountability and evidence-based decision-making to enhance public health outcomes.

The decree covers the powers, organization and operation of the Public Hygiene Police.

This document sets out the reasons why the Law no. 022-2005/AN on the public hygiene code was adopted. The document make a specific resume for each chapter of the law. 

This law governs public hygiene in Burkina Faso, in particular hygiene on public roads and squares, the hygiene of swimming pools and bathing areas, homes, food products, water, industrial and commercial facilities, schools, pre-schools and health establishments, public buildings and the natural environment, and noise control. Its main objective is to preserve and promote public health.

The Code provides rules on the protection and promotion of health in Burkina Faso. The Code is developed around five axes:  a section on general principles of the health system in Burkina Faso as well as health care and service coverage; a section on general protection and promotion of public health, which includes general and specific sanitary measures; a section on health professions and their legal status and a section on rules for pharmaceutical products, other products and traditional pharmacopoeia.  The last part includes the Final Provisions.

This Act makes provisions for securing and maintaining health.
