This decree establishes the National Consultative Committee for Vaccination and Vaccines of Benin (CNCV-Benin), defining its composition, its responsibilities and its functioning to advise and guide the country's vaccination policies.

The Public Health Act repeals, re-enacts, consolidates and amends the law relating to public health in Botswana.

This Act facilitates the promotion, co-ordination and regulation of the progress of science, technology and innovation of the country; assigns priority to the development of science, technology and innovation; entrenches science, technology and innovation into the national production system.

This Act establishes the Public Health Authority to regulate and monitor health-related services, and establishes the Public Health Authority Board and the Appeals Board, their functions, powers and procedures and provides for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

The Law establishes the Health Code that codifies legislative texts concerning Public Health in Madagascar.

This law institutes free treatment of gynaecological cancers by public health establishments for the benefit of women.

The decree covers the powers, organization and operation of the Public Hygiene Police.

The decree sets out the application of decree no. 205-316/PRN/MSP/LCE of November 11, 2005, granting women free caesarean section services provided by public health establishments.
