This law determines the general conditions of asylum in the Republic of Chad in accordance with the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees of July 28, 1951 as amended by its New York Protocol of January 31 and the Convention of the Organization of the African Unity of September 10, 1969 governing aspects specific to refugee problems in Africa.

These guidelines provide direction to public and private institutions on how to secure a conducive environment for supporting female employees to combine work and breastfeeding. They complement other related materials in the health and nutrition practice.

The Kenya National Guidelines for Quality Obstetrics and Perinatal Care provide a comprehensive framework to ensure safe, effective, and respectful maternity care, aiming to improve health outcomes for mothers and newborns throughout the perinatal period.

These guidelines provide the required standards on the establishment, registration, management and supervision of early childhood development (ECD) services. These are to ensure the effective implementation of ECD programmes.
