The Decree defines the normative framework for the organization and operation of the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene.

The Constitution of Guinea was reviewed in 2020. The Constitution contains 156 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, the fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

This Decree provides for the definition of attributions of the Minister of Health and the organization of the Central Administration of his Department. The Decree also contains provisions regarding the organization of other departments of the Ministry of Health. This Decree is published in a collection of other legislative acts and can be found on page 13 of the file.

The Act sets up thematic groups, among others, to monitor the implementation of the National Health Development Plan in relation to certain themes.

The Constitution of Mauritania was first adopted in 1991 and promulgated by Ordinance No 91.022 of 20 July 1991; it was subsequently re-established and revised in 2006, 2012 and 2017. The Constitution of Mauritania is the supreme law of the state that provides the key values and principles of the organization of the state, provides for the rights, freedoms and obligations of the people, establishes the key state institutes and bodies, etc. The Constitution of Mauritania consists of 102 articles that are grouped into 12 titles.
