This Order determines mission, responsibilities and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health which has the mission of promoting the health of the population through the delivery of preventive, curative and rehabilitative health services.

This Decree amends articles 12 and 40 of Decree No 2023-409 of July 26, 2023 relating to the responsibilities, organization and operation of the regulatory authority for the health sector

This decree establishes the responsibilities, organization and operation of the Health Sector Regulatory Authority. This Authority is attached to the Presidency of the Republic (art.3) and has a broad spectrum of action including among others, public and private health sector, all levels of the health pyramid, physical, mental and social health, hospitals and primary care, all age groups as well as the health of citizens and foreigners.

This Law governs public procurement in Rwanda.

These Instructions guide the procurement and distribution of health products.

This Law determines the organization and functioning of the decentralised administrative entities.

Constitution

The Constitution of Rwanda was promulgated in 2003 and reviewed in 2015. The Constitution contains 177 articles addressing a large number of issues as the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, fundamental principles of the state and institutional arrangements.

The Constitution of Benin was adopted in 1990 and promulgated by Law No 90-32. The Constitution consists of 160 articles and covers a wide array of areas ranging from state principles, values, rights and obligations of the people, division of powers within the state, etc.
