This decree establishes and organizes the General Directorate for the Evaluation of Public Policies.
This Decree regulates the organization, structure and mandate of the Ministry of Health of Gabon.

The Constitution of Sao Tome and Principe was promulgated by a Law No 1/2003. This decree establishes the National Health Council of the Gabonese Republic.
