Public Health Act

This Act repeals and replaces the Public Health Act (Cap 198). The Act provides the legal framework for the protection and improvement of public health, regulates issues such as sanitation, disease control, environmental health and health care services.

This order sets the schedule for mandatory vaccination against some communicable diseases.

This regulation is issued to implement the Food Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Proclamation No 661/2009. and covers among other aspects of food safety and quality which includes manufacturing, storage and transportation among other aspects; sale of alcohol; medicine administration and control which includes manufacturing, registration, storage, transportation, importation ad clinical trials among others; traditional and complementary medicine administration and control; post-marketing surveillance; control of tobacco products and places prohibited for smoking among other aspects.  

Medicines and Related Products Act

The Act regulates the quality and safety of medicines and related products and connected matters.

The National Health Act

This Act provides a framework for the regulation, development and management of a national health system and sets standards for rendering health services in Nigeria, as well as related matters.

These Regulations govern the issuance of licenses for the importation, exportation, manufacture, distribution, and retail of drugs, etc.

This decree establishes the National Consultative Committee for Vaccination and Vaccines of Benin (CNCV-Benin), defining its composition, its responsibilities and its functioning to advise and guide the country's vaccination policies.

Public health Act

The Public Health Act repeals, re-enacts, consolidates and amends the law relating to public health in Botswana.

Medicines and related substances Act

This Act provides for the registration, regulation of the sale, distribution, importation, exportation, manufacture and dispensing of medicines and related substances, and matters incidental thereto.

Public Health Act, 2012 Act 851

The National Public Health Act revises and consolidates the law relating to public health to prevent disease, promote, safeguard, maintain and protect the health of humans and animals and to provide for related matters.

This Decree defines the attributions, the organization and the functioning of the Public Hygiene Police of Mauritania.

Loi No 2011-002 portant Code de la Santé

The Law establishes the Health Code that codifies legislative texts concerning Public Health in Madagascar.

The Decree adopts the National Health Policy 2010-2025. The general objective of the National Health Policy (NHP) is to establish, define and outline guidelines for improving the population's state of health and quality of life in order to achieve the vision of a healthy life for all.

This Law defines the rules of public health and hygiene in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, in particular on public spaces, homes, food and non-food products, water, commercial facilities and industries, educational and health establishments, public buildings, and the natural environment. Its main objective is to preserve and promote public health.

The Diploma approves the Medicines Registration Manual. The purpose of the Manual is to (a) Standardize the procedures and activities relating to the registration of medicines; (b) Clarify the doubts that professionals have encountered when interpreting the Registration Regulations; (c) Support professionals in the field in carrying out their daily activities in a standardized way; (d) Support applicants in complying with registration and post-registration procedures; (e) to make the registration process an optimized and increasingly swift process. 

The Decree sets out the conditions for manufacturing and importing contraceptive products into Burkina Faso.

The code provides rules regarding different rears of public health. It defines the rights and duties pertaining to the protection and promotion of the health of the population.
