The purpose of this ordinance is to determine the rates and fees for regulatory services offered on drugs and other health products by the drug regulatory authority for Burundi (ABREMA).

This law defines the general regime for the prevention and control of smoking, establishing rules regarding the protection from exposure; the advertising; the prohibition of the promotion and sponsorship of recreational and cultural activities, and the labelling among other issues. 

This decree determines the conditions for the creation, approval, operation and control of reproductive health structures in application of the provisions of Article 12 paragraph 3 of Law No. 2003-04 of March 3, 2003 relating to the sexual and reproductive health.

This Law provides amendments to the provisions of Articles 17, 17-1, 17-2, 17-3, 17-4, 17-5, 17-6, 17-7, 19-1 of the Law No 2003-04 of 03 March 2003 relating to sexual health and reproduction.

The order of 11 Joumada El Oula 1442 corresponding to 26 December 2020 lays down the procedure for setting the prices of medicinal products by the intersectoral economic committee for medicinal products. This law relates to the fight against tobacco; it applies to tobacco growing, regulation of the manufacture, packaging, labelling, marketing and importing of tobacco and tobacco products, as well as advertising.

This Regulation establishes the pricing system for medicinal products. All medicines circulating in Mozambique shall be subject to the pricing system provided for in these regulations.

This law regulates reproductive health in the Central African Republic.

The purpose of this Act is to: a) protect the health of the population against the many debilitating and fatal diseases caused by tobacco; b) limit the population's access to tobacco and protect it from inducements to use tobacco and the smoking which may result; c) make the population aware of the dangers of tobacco use and exposure to tobacco smoke.
